Just because finding time to exercise is not easy (or nearly impossible), don’t worry or abandon any nutrition or fitness goals. That sounds silly, right? Keep reading to see why it’s not as big a roadblock as you may think!
The act of living burns calories, and with little effort sometimes. Of course, being alive isn’t defined as a workout, but your body is already doing some work for you. Take advantage of the work that your body does for you, even while you sleep.
One thing your body cannot do is force you to eat healthier foods. It may crave them, and it may want them, but it may not get them. Unlike exercise, we always find time to eat, for clear reasons. We can affect what we are eating and opt to make those decisions a little better, at least some of the time.
The food we eat is 80% of the wellness equation because we can burn calories with little effort. Exercising is important, but not nearly as what we put into our bodies. More working out is a bonus to all the benefits of eating well and naturally burning calories.
That is why you should not worry if you cannot find the time for exercise.
Of course, it’s important to make the time for exercise. However, it’s even more important to make sure you are eating right all the time. Eating the right foods can help you burn fat and lose weight.
For exercise, I recommend High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). These are usually short exercises that are higher impact and fool your body into thinking it’s working out longer than it is. In some instances, ten minutes of the right exercise is more effective than thirty minutes of the wrong exercise.
